    We can only make appeals if the question arises in an exam. We are not aware of it appearing in exams recently so it hasn't been appealed.

    However, I agree with you, it's not the best of answer choices. Furthermore, in the practical world we don't make temp corrections for + ISA conditions...

  • Our engines expert is away for a couple of days so I will answer as best I can.

    I think you are happy with the idea that as altitude increases the density reduces so the fuel flow needs to decrease.

    In practice we find that the venturi in the carburettor doesn't work that well....

  • Handle the aircraft with great care when flying asymmetric would be the mantra. Once you are well above Vmca the control issues diminish so you can afford to apply a bit more bank. In practical terms with airliners you would generally restrict your turns to rate one anyway. If you are poorly placed...
