    ....what I do not understand is that you measure True Track only from the 360 radial. True Track is constantly changing from A to B, isn't it ???
    At 00:20 UTC an aircraft is crossing the 310 radial at 40 NM of a VOR/DME station. At 00:35 UTC the radial is 040 and DME distance is 40 NM. Magnetic variation is zero. What is the aircraft’s track and ground speed?

    sorry, variation is zero so Magnetic North is True North in this case...
