Contingency/No contingency ?

Hi there!,

I've a question about contingency:
Some questions allow for contingency in their calculations and some aren't .
For instance in the Q 330 277 in which it is asked for the mini BLOCK FUEL: in this one there is no contingency in the calculation.
BUT, on other questions you have to take into account the contingency, so
Do you have a tip to identify those questions?

The question states that Reserves are 30% of Trip Fuel. Contingency is part of reserve fuel (Fuel Planning Piston aircraft page 5.2)
