    Hi everybody,

    I think there is a mismatch between the explanation of the example and the answer given. Please refer to the attached pictures.

    I agree with everything explained here: the example firstly calculates the fuel needed and it then corrects for the landing weight being higher than the standard one reported in the header of the table.
    The point is that heavier weight, if I understood well the example, involves correction of the fuel used but does not involve time correction. As correctly extracted from the table, flight time should be 7h41' so, as stated at the end of the second picture, correct answer is actually (c), but flight time is not 7h54' (underlined in red in the second picture).

    Do you agree with me?

    Yes I do agree, Eric. Thanks for pointing it out. I'll get it changed. (It won't be instant though).
    By the way, we haven't seen any exam questions on LRJT for some time.
