You need to find the DL and RL limits.
        For the DL find the area. 1.2 x 1.4 = 1.68 sq m
        convert this to sq ft.
There are 3.28 ft in 1m
        In 1 sq m = 3.28 x 3.28 = 10.76 sq ft
        so 1.68 sq m x 10.76 sq ft = 18.07 sq ft.
        We are allowed 500 kg per sq ft. 18.07 x 500 = 9038 Kgs
        Next find the RL limit.
the longest side is 1.4 m. Convert this to inches. There are 12 inches in 1 foot.
        1.4 x 3.28 x 12 = 55 inches
We are allowed 12 kg per inch so 55x12 = 661 Kgs
This is less than the DL limit and thus the answer required.
