Hello guys, do you have any idea about this question? The answer is c or d? Any feedback would be appreciated!

    Hello,

On ICAO annex 2 Visual and Instrument flight rules I have the following :

"It is expected that aircraft receiving such a broadcast will clear the specified areas and stand by on the appropriate radio frequency for further clearances from the air traffic control unit"

So answer C seems correct to me

I think C stacks up if VFR, however I am going to assume IFR and therefore (for me) I think it is D and that the message is for situational awareness and that your TCAS would advise you further of TA and/or RA.

I understand the temptation to alter your course and heading to clear the area, but where to? what is already in the area you are heading to and will you inadvertently create problems for yourself and other aircraft?

I believe this is in the BGS and if I find it I will add to the thread.

I think C is correct as ArnaudN share the ICAO VFR rules
