I am an RTF Examiner and Ground Examiner (A) (PPL only!) based in the Bristol/North Somerset area and have recently been approached by several pilots from Bristol.GS to ask about applying for an FRTOL. If you have questions relating to either the the FRTOL or requirements for English Language Proficiency(ELP) I may be able to help.
