CAA account

I'm trying to create my CAA account, following the guide on BGS website. Once all the datas are in, when all my personal details are filled, I click on "submit details for verification"... And the only answer I get is "The specified URL cannot be found."
Of course I tried many times, with Safari, Firefox and IE, with my Mac and with my wife's PC... And still the same answer: "The specified URL cannot be found.".
Obviously, something is wrong, but I don't know how I could deal with that?

I'm sorry you're having trouble. You'll need to contact the CAA.

Ok, thank you. I phoned, and they managed to fix the problem...
